Shareholders

Angermayer, Brumm & Lange Unternehmensgruppe is the majority shareholder, and holds approximately 62,6% of the shares. The shares of this company are in turn held as the personal assets of its five partners, Christian Angermayer, Peter Brumm, Andreas Lange, Ralph Konrad and Dr. Sebastian Grabmaier.

37.4% of the listed shares of Altira AG are in free float.
